Strictly Rentals specializes in high quality Vacation Rental Properties in the central New Hampshire Lakes Region area. We have properties on or near Lake Winnipesaukee, Lake Waukewan, Lake Winnisquam, Squam Lake, Lake Pemigewassett, Lake Kanasatka, Wakonda Pond and Lake Wicwas. The properties are located in the surrounding New Hampshire towns of Gilford, Laconia, Meredith, Center Harbor, and Moultonboro. We have been renting fine Vacation Properties in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire since 1987. :Directions to Our Office:
93N to Exit 23 Take a right (R) off exit onto Rte 104E Follow to the end, approx. 8 miles Take left (L) at lights onto Rte 3N Continue 1 mile and bear right (R) at lights Onto Rte 25E (Also known as Whittier Highway) Continue approx. 4 1/2 miles to #270 on Right (A beige contemporary home / office with Strictly Rentals sign out front) If you get to the lights in Center Harbor You have gone too far!!!

What is provided with rentals?
All properties come completely furnished with all necessary items with the following exceptions: Renters must provide sheets for the beds, towels for the bathrooms and kitchen dish towels and cloths. Strictly Rentals, Inc., does offer a rental linen service for a minimal fee..please inquire as to cost at time of booking. Linen order must be placed one week prior to arrival.

Check-In/Out:
Check-In is on/after 3:00 PM on the Saturday of your arrival and Check-Out is by 10:00 AM SHARP on the Saturday of your departure. Should your expected time of arrival be later that 5:00 PM, please advise our office so that someone will be sure to be here for you to check you in!

Deposit and Additional Charge Information:
Strictly Rentals, Inc., requires a 50% initial deposit of the weekly rental with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. Additional charges due upon arrival include: 8% NH Room Tax, $75 Processing Fee, Mandatory Housekeeping charges vary from $50-$250 (depending upon property), and a refundable $400 Security Deposit.

Errors and Omissions:
We try to keep the information contained in this website current and accurate. When you call to make your reservation we will confirm rental rates and dates available. Please ask us any other questions you may have at that time and feel free to point out any discrepancies with the information contained on this website. A rental contract with details about the rental will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit. Accordingly, Strictly Rentals is not responsible for any errors or omissions.
