A Message from Joan Dole

I would like to welcome you to the website of Bayside Rentals and the new home of properties formerly listed by Strictly Rentals, Inc.  I know this will come as a surprise to so many of my long-time clients, whom I also consider friends, but as in all things, change is inevitable. This move was a huge decision for me, but when I was approached by the owners of Bayside Rentals, Rob Wichland and Chris Kelly, I felt it was the right time and definitely the right company to turn my business over to - a business that I started 24 years ago! I have spent considerable time with Rob and Chris, as well as with Anne Currin, the Rental Manager and I am confident that not only will 'my' current property owners...and their new property owners be in wonderful hands, but so will all of our vacationing clients. This was first and foremost in my consideration to move ahead with this transition. Rob, Chris and Anne have a reputation for outstanding integrity and customer service...which is so important. The rental business is all about service and they really do "get it!" My plans are to continue working with Bayside Rentals in whatever way I can. I look forward to hearing from you and as always, helping you to find just the right vacation home for you and your family.
